Gilbert’s Coaching Tips

coach (verb) – to instruct, direct, or prompt as a coach.
– to train intensively by instruction or demonstration.

I just came across a fantastic ministry coaching blog entitled Gilbert’s Coaching Tips. What makes it so great? It is a model of excellence in distance instruction and leadership. I could try to explain, but a link is worth 2,000 words. Check it out – what do you see?

Lesson: When we give people practical advice (as Gilbert does), we help increase both confidence and competence in the mission.
